The position will coordinate all aspects of service delivery to ensure that the NDIS Participant goals and needs are realised through the creation of a supportive environment that fosters meaningful engagement in daily living skills, community access and social skills.Main DutiesManage and Monitor Budgets: Oversee program budgets, handle finances, and ensure cost-effective service delivery.Lead Person-Centred Support: Guide the team in delivering person-centered care, enabling clients to achieve their goals.Team Mentorship: Act as a coach, providing feedback and supporting team members' professional growth and development.Recruitment and Induction: Participate in hiring new Support Workers and provide thorough onboarding for seamless client integration.Coordinate Staff Rosters: Develop rosters based on client needs and funding guidelines, ensuring shifts are properly allocated and approved.Ensure Health and Safety Standards: Maintain safe, clean environments, and report hazards or incidents.Stakeholder Communication: Liaise with families, community groups, and healthcare professionals to support clients effectively.Manage Documentation and Compliance: Maintain up to date client plans, adhere to NDIS standards, and complete incident and financial reporting accurately.Selection CriteriaDiploma in Disability Services or Community Youth Services from a recognised training provider, and/or relevant work experience managing teams and navigating the NDIS system within the disability sector.Good understanding of and experience in delivering a person-centered support model that empowers individuals to achieve their goals and potential.Advanced critical thinking and problem-solving skills to develop unique and safe ways to support clients.Experience in assessing, developing, implementing, and reviewing client plans, goals, and supports.Demonstrated advanced communication skills and high levels of empathy.Unrestricted Driver’s License.First Aid Certificate.Working with Children Check and NDIS Worker Check.How to ApplyPlease click apply now to send your Cover Letter and Resume. The Role
