The Role
By supporting the creation of a positive workplace culture, as a recognisable employer brand and a highly engaged team, the People & Culture function at Woodville Alliance (WA) supports the organisation to meet its strategic and operational objectives.
This role would suit someone who is studying towards a career in HR or is interested in gaining insightful experience in HR within the Not for Profit sector. It’s also ideal for someone seeking flexibility, such as working during school hours or accommodating other commitments. This opportunity will assist you in becoming a well-rounded generalist HR practitioner. The role will assist the team across a range of projects and administrative tasks.
