Our values include empowerment, empathy, compassion and innovation.Website: www.woodville.org.au POSITION OBJECTIVEThrough the provision of efficient, reliable, personal and confidential administrative and secretarial support to the Chief Executive Officer, this position is pivotal in ensuring that Woodville Alliance achieves its strategic and operational objectives as set by the Board and its Community partners. This role also provides effective and timely management, facilitation and support for various projects and tasks allocated by the Chief Executive. MAIN DUTIES Secretarial and administrative support to Chief Executive Officer – undertake research work; diary management; drafting correspondence; board papers; records management; inventory management etc.Events and project coordination within the Office of Chief Executive. ESSENTIALDemonstrated advanced organisational and time management skills, with a proven ability to deal effectively with competing prioritiesExperience organising events or work functionsExcellent communication skills both verbal and writtenHigh level proficiency in using Microsoft Office programsDemonstrated interpersonal skills with an ability to liaise, develop and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team to achieve objectivesStrong attention to detail and the ability to analyse and problem solveAbility to actively model and promote WA Mission, Vision and Values, including fairness, social justice and respecting cultural diversityLead by example in all work practicesAbility to exercise initiative and perform tasks with minimal supervision.HOW TO APPLYPlease click the 'apply' button to forward your CV and Cover letter addressing why you would be a good fit for this role.
