We’re a team of diverse, passionate, engaged and capable people, committed to being responsive and making an impact.The RoleWe are seeking a part time ECT for our 39-place early learning center for 2 days a week every Tuesday and Wednesday on a fixed term 12 months contract role. The primary objectives of an Early Childhood Teacher include fostering children's physical, emotional, social, and cognitive development in a safe and nurturing environment while designing engaging, age-appropriate curricula, assess individual progress, and build positive relationships with families and colleagues. Additionally, they develop effective communication through positive partnerships with families at the centre.ExperienceBachelor of Education/Teaching (Early Childhood) or equivalent.Effective leadership and the ability to guide a diverse team in providing a high-quality early childhood education program.A thorough understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and Education and Care Services National Regulations 2014.Experience and knowledge of National Quality Framework and accreditation process.Current First Aid Certificate, CPR and Asthma and Anaphylaxis Management.Commitment to WA Mission, Vision and Values.Experience working in a culturally diverse community would be highly desirable.Strong communication and conflict resolution skills and the ability to work as part of a team.How to Apply Please review the full position description (Woodville Alliance - Careers - Together for a better future.) and ensure your skills, experience and capabilities align.To apply, please submit your cover letter and your resume.Applicants must have a legal right to work in Australia.
