WA is a NDIS Registered Provider and is an ISO accredited organisation against the NSW Disability Service Standards. JOB PURPOSE:Oversee and manager day-to-day operations across Disability Services.Ensure delivery of high quality, innovative services.Work with the team to create an employee and client experience that delivers exceptional value to the client and brings Woodville’s vision, mission and values to life.Evaluate service delivery for the allocated services to ensure that client needs are being met in a safe and effective way.Develop a capable, engaged workforce. Escalate and manage operational risks in a timely manner. JOB REQUIREMENTS:People Managementa) Provide coaching, oversight and guidance to Mentors and Team Leaders to ensure that the Disability Support Workers that report to them successfully meet the expectations of their role and abide by WA and NDIS Worker Code of Conduct. b) Rostering and workforce management whilst ensuring best practice recruitment and rostering practices.Financial ManagementFinancial oversight and management of all disability service sites, to ensure they are managed in a financially responsible and sustainable manner. Reputation and Woodville brandOn all occasions act in accordance with the organisational and NDIS code of conduct and uphold the positive brand image. Service Delivery – Industry best practice development and implementation of client centric disability services across Woodville Alliance (WA). Stakeholder ManagementManaging and mediating individual client conference interventions including clinical services, clients family and significant others. Contract Management Ensuring the development of best practice client centric services across all services, management of NDIS Service Agreements with clients or their representatives; maintenance of appropriate client to staff ratios. Regular and timely reporting requirements to NDIS Commission, especially of Reportable incidents. ESSENTIAL CRITERIADiploma (or above) in Disability services or a related field, and/or equivalent, relevant work experience.Strong experience in the development and delivery of programs for people with an intellectual and developmental disability as well from a CALD background.Sound knowledge, working experience and understanding of the disability sector, NDIS frameworks, NDIS funding guidelines, and Quality and Safeguards CommissionAbility to engage and manage complex issues related to servicing Culturally and Linguistically Diverse clients.Demonstrated superior skills in mediation and negotiation, collaboration and consultation with key stakeholders.High-level knowledge and understanding of the policy, procedures and standards pertaining to the provision of disability services. Demonstrated leadership capacity, including staff supervision.Commitment to social justice principles and access and equity.Demonstrated high level customer/sales and networking/marketing service skills. HOW TO APPLYPlease click the 'apply' button to forward your CV and Cover letter addressing why you would be a good fit for this role.
