Develop and implement a social impact measurement framework. Review and analyse publicly available sector and competitor data sets. Collaborate with the Client and Community Impact Manager and Brand and Communication Manager, to develop and implement brand, client, customer and community research projects. Collaborate with the Client and Community Impact Manager and Brand and Communication Manager, to lead the development of a competitor matrix and analysis. Develop and implement project management framework and tools. Manage and/or coordinate with appropriate personnel, key organisational project implementation and reporting. Coordinate organisational reporting on all projects. ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTSBachelor degree in data science/business analytics, or relevant tertiary qualifications, or equivalent experience. 4+ years’ experience working at management level, driving and implementing data collection and analysis.Understanding of project management methodologies, demonstrated successful end-to-end project delivery.Understanding of the needs of vulnerable communities, particularly within CALD setting.Understanding of the human services sector and associated funding environment.Excellent interpersonal and communication and influencing skills, with the ability to connect with the local community. Ability to manage conflicting priorities and reliability in meeting deadlines.Commitment to principles of social justice, access and equity.
