Our values include empowerment, empathy, compassion and innovation.JOB PURPOSEAs part of the new Strategy and Growth team, the Brand and Communication Coordinator will coordinate the development and implementation of brand and marketing strategies that...Support our vision, mission, strategy and growth plans. Enhance client, customer and partner acquisition, retention and experience.Grow our brand.Strengthen client, customer and community engagement.Define our advocacy and corporate social responsibility priorities.MAIN DUTIES  Coordinate the development of, and implement a brand strategy.Coordinate and implement a communication strategy and plan.Coordinate and implement marketing, advertising, and promotional plans. Manage the effectiveness of all branding and communications activities including the governance of key messages, tactics, budgets, timing and measurement. Coordinate and implement plans to provide digital brand engagement and experience in alignment with the needs of clients, customers and community.Coordinate and implement a brand research strategy.Contribute to the development of a customer charter.Contribute to the customer experience improvement and change programs.Use market research, client, customer and community feedback, and data analysis to identify opportunities for brand and service growth, and to inform our organisational advocacy priorities and corporate social responsibility goals.ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTSBachelor degree in business, or relevant tertiary qualifications, or equivalent experience.2+ years’ experience coordinating and implementing brand and communication strategy.Experience developing marketing activity and collateral, digital programs, and events that support both brand development and lead generation. Understanding of the needs of vulnerable communities, particularly within CALD setting.Understanding of the human services sector and associated funding environment.Good interpersonal and communication and influencing skills, with the ability to connect with the local community.Ability to manage conflicting priorities and reliability in meeting deadlines.Commitment to principles of social justice, access and equity. HOW TO APPLYPlease click the 'apply' button to forward your Resume and Cover letter addressing what has attracted you to apply for the Brand and Communication Manager role and why you would be a good fit. Please visit www.woodville.org.au/careers-jobs for more information or email Alicia Shirley – People & Culture Coordinator at ashirley@woodville.org.au.
