Reporting to the Disability Services Manager, you will oversee multiple sites, manage staff, and enhance service delivery. You will build strong relationships with clients, families, staff, and external stakeholders.Main DutiesLead and manage a team of dedicated Support Workers. Including staff supervision, performance management and training. Monitor and evaluate service compliance with NDIS Practice Standards and implement continuous improvement measures.Develop, review, and manage staff rosters and process staff timesheets.Manage budgets relating to client funding, petty cash, and site-specific expenses. Establish and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.Participate in the recruitment, selection and onboarding of Support Workers. Oversee and collaborate with the Disability Services Manager to ensure the effective management of incident reporting and its compliance with the NDIS Incident Management guidelines and standardsFoster a culture of collaboration and engagement, encouraging shared ideas and strategies to enhance service quality. Selection CriteriaDiploma in Disability Services, Community Youth Services, or equivalent relevant work experience managing teams and navigating the NDIS system within the disability sector. Experience in assessing, developing, implementing and reviewing client plans, goals and supports. Critical thinking and problem-solving skills to be able to find unique and safe ways to support clients. Demonstrated advanced communication skills and high levels of empathy.Please click apply now! The Role
