Quality is a significant part of our culture and our commitment to service delivery for our clients.Woodville Alliance has an opportunity commencing in the second week in January 2020 within our quality area. Due to a parental leave arrangement we have vacancy for approx. eight months for equivalent of 2 days a week. We are happy to be flexible with days and times. This role will provide support and coordination of specific quality related projects.In this role some of the duties will include:Complement and work alongside an existing part time Quality CoordinatorImplement and suggest improvements to WA's Quality Management System (QMS).Assist in completing internal audits as scheduled for QMS.Assist in preparing documentation for annual ISO audit.Assist service areas to prepare for external audits.Assist in policy/procedure writing and researching into changes in legislation.Assist in improving the effectiveness of the QMS by combining/reducing the number of policies and registers.Requirements:Tertiary level qualification in Quality or relevantMinimum 2 years relevant work experience in ISO 9001:2015.Experience in establishing/maintaining Quality in an organisation including auditing.Ability to consult and communicate with management and staff to achieve outcomes.Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.High level proficiency in using Microsoft Office programs including SharePoint.Able to handle multiple tasks and stay well organised.Strong attention to detail and the ability for analyse and problem solve.Commitment to social justice principles and access and equity. How to Apply:Please click the 'apply' button to forward your CV and letter of application addressing the requirements 1 to 4 listed above by COB Wednesday 18th December 2019.
