We are seeking Diploma qualified casual workers to join our vibrant team. MAIN DUTIESEngage effectively with children and contribute to the play-based learning environment led by the Centre’s Teaching DirectorAssist in planning and implementation of educational programs consistent with the national Early Years Learning Framework and the diverse needs of children attending the centre and their familiesEnsure a welcoming and positive learning environment for all children and their diverse needs, including children with additional needsProvide a safe and healthy environment for children, visitors and staff in the workplaceDevelop effective communication through positive partnerships with families at the centre.Rosters will be released ahead of time each fortnight however successful candidates will have their own transport and be able to attend shifts on short notice if required.ESSENTIAL CRITERIATo be considered for this role the Candidate must have:Diploma qualified in Early Childhood EducationA current First Aid Certificate & WWCCPrevious experience in working as an Early Childhood Educator/Child Care WorkerStrong written and oral communication skills and a demonstrated focus on familiesTo be considered for this role, you are required to complete a National Police Check as well as providing your Working with Children check number for verification. Please note, it is a requirement that our childcare workers are photographed daily to display their work activities with the children at our centre.
